Mayflower HR Consultancy was established in 2015 by Sara Nisbet who had for many years been employed within the field of HR for large corporate companies. Sara saw a niche in the market to provide support to local businesses with their HR services, as many small enterprises could not justify paying for an HR employee within their budgets or for HR providers who have expensive long term sign up fees and monthly retainer costs, regardless if use them or not.
Mayflower HR Consultancy do not ask the client to enter into long term financial agreements, instead deliver support on a pay-as-you-use facility via an hourly rate or for certain projects a one off price may be arranged. All costs will be clearly transparent and agreed prior to the
commencement of any work.
As an experienced HR Generalist, we can advise company's on all HR matters, including but not exclusively - drafting contract
templates and company handbooks, using best practice to comply legally and ethically to create policies and procedures.
Assisting organisations on data analysis and trends in absence management, labour turnover and employee retention.
First point of contact with any day to day issues including disciplinaries and grievance. Influencing HR involvement in aligning with the client's business strategic plans and aims.
