All prices will be clear and transparent prior to any services being undertaken, a signature will be required on a contract of services by both Mayflower HR Consultancy and the client.
Mayflower HR Consultancy hold professional indemnity insurance. However Mayflower HR Consultancy are not deemed liable and cannot be held responsible should any advice/guidance, polices, forms or procedures supplied not been adhered to as requested to the client.
All payments to Mayflower HR Consultancy must be made by BACS, Cash or Cheque in accordance with the individual contract terms, this may range from immediate - up to 30 days for account customers.
